    helpful staff
    small bed

The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel so

welcoming, even allowing us an extra hour at checkout. The room was well-appointed, with a stunning terrace view that made mornings delightful. My only dislike was that the bed felt smaller than advertised, which was slightly disappointing.

    spacious rooms
    friendly staff
    great location
    lack of play area

The hotel is close to the Metro, making our family trips to the center of Paris easy. The rooms were spacious enough for us, and the nearby bakery was a hit with the kids. Staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome.

My kids wished the hotel had a play area.

During our 4-night stay, we had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions like the National Museum of Natural History and Parc de Bercy, both just a short walk away. The room was quite spacious, and we appreciated the well-equipped amenities available. A delicious bakery next door was a highlight, offering fresh treats that made our mornings even better. great location
    clean rooms
    unreliable internet
    inconsistent shower
    basic breakfast

Location is a huge plus with the metro station just across the street, making travel to major attractions effortless. Clean and cozy rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning worked well during the warm days. However, the internet was unreliable, and the shower had inconsistent water pressure. The breakfast, though enjoyable, could have been better sourced beyond basic offerings.

    good but could be better

The staff exceeded my expectations, providing friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. The location made it easy to access concerts next door, which was a major plus for our family. I enjoyed a lovely walk along the Seine, with stunning views that enhanced our experience. The city view from my room was a wonderful surprise, making mornings even more enjoyable.

    convenient location
    exceptional service
    varied breakfast
    small room

The Mercure hotel offers a fantastic location right across from the metro, making travel to iconic sites like the Eiffel Tower only a 10-minute ride away. The staff provided exceptional service. I want to highlight the professionalism of Hadi at the front desk, who made our check-in process seamless. The breakfast was well-stocked with a variety of options, which set a positive tone for each day of my stay.

The room felt a bit smaller than expected for a family of four.
